Julie is an enthusiastic and caring personal trainer who recognises that the decision to begin your exercise journey is not the same for everyone. Whether your goal is to tone, strengthen, lose weight, run 5km or just to meet a new group of people to exercise with, then she can help you.
Julie possesses over 20 years of sporting and fitness experience and is passionate about getting people moving again! Her own fitness journey developed from playing and coaching a variety of team sports and has evolved into participating in triathlons and running.
She recognised the benefits from exercising are multi layered. Improved fitness leads to better physical and mental health. Julie has a special interest in exercise for men and women over 40 to improve their mobility, balance and co-ordination and is a qualified Strength for Life Instructor. She is also a personal trainer for people with special needs under the NDIS scheme.
Julie offers personal training as a one on one, couples or group circuit sessions.
