A Postnatal Exercise Course designed to help you heal, rebuild your core strength, connect with other mums and set you on the path to a stronger, healthier you.

Over six fun-filled weeks, you’ll gently reintroduce exercise into your routine, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mobility while boosting your energy levels and cardio.

Join our expert trainer, Kylie  as she guides you safely back to movement after having a baby.

In this supportive environment, you’ll learn alongside other new mums what exercises to embrace—and just as importantly, what to avoid.

It’s also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, regain your mojo, and thrive in your postpartum journey and beyond.

Course starts March 14th – April 18th
