Our group fitness classes are not your run of the mill classes that you may find elsewhere. We believe movement should nourish, not punish your body. With a focus on low impact moves that increase your strength, flexibility and balance, our teachers are focused on ensuring that you are safe and supported in every class as you grow stronger.


We keep our class sizes small for you to get the correction and support you need so that your movement practice is a stable habit built in to support your everyday life in a fun and welcoming community
