Our prenatal course is the perfect way to take some time for yourself and your baby, with gentle, supportive practices designed for every stage of pregnancy.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before, these six weeks will guide you through safe and effective movements that honor your changing body. Each session will leave you feeling more connected, relaxed, and empowered as you prepare for motherhood.

Here’s what we’ll cover during the course:

  • Yoga poses to relieve common pregnancy discomforts and support your body.
  • Breathwork and meditation to help you find calm, release tension, and feel more balanced.
  • Reflection and sharing with other expectant mums to build a sense of community and support.
  • Lifestyle tips to help you navigate pregnancy with more ease.
  • Prepare for birth Gain skills, knowledge and practical tools to support your body and mind throughout labour and birth.

Course Inclusions

Week 1: The Basics – Breath, Body, Baby

  • How to care for yourself and your baby through pregnancy yoga: poses to avoid, how to prevent injury, and managing common strains caused by pregnancy hormones.

Week 2: Hips and Lower Back

  • Understanding why hip and lower back pain are the most common musculoskeletal issues during pregnancy.

Week 3: Energy

  • Why energy levels fluctuate during pregnancy and how they change throughout.
  • Practical tips to boost your energy.

Week 4: Strength and Courage

  • Techniques to cultivate mental strength and courage for the birthing journey.

Week 5: Getting Into Your Pelvis

  • Understanding the pelvic floor during pregnancy: what it is, exercises to strengthen and relax it, and how to reduce the risk of injury during yoga, birth, and pregnancy.

Week 6: Upper Body and Heart Center

  • A yoga sequence to open your heart physically and energetically.
  • Releasing tension in your shoulders, neck, and upper back, which is common during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
