Lina is qualified in Remedial Massage, Manuel Lymphatic Drainage, NLP/Hypnotherapy, Reiki Master, Meditation and Breathwork.

She has gained her massage qualification with Evolve College of Massage, Lymphatic Drainage from Michelle Vassalo, and Neuro- Linguistic, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Meditation and Breathwork with Evolve & Relaunch and Empowered Academy.

Lina is a registered Remedial Massage Therapist and is registered with the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT). She is registered with all Private Health Funds and offers the following services:

• Remedial Massage.
• Relaxation Massage.
• Pregnancy Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Massage.
• Reiki

Lina is available for appointments on Tuesday from 11.15pm to 6.30pm, and Alt Thursdays from 1.15pm to 6pm

Lina has worked with professional athletes, treated pain management, stress related conditions, and assisting with health care plans for overall wellness and mindfulness.

Apart from her love of helping others to a achieve their health goals, and feeling more relaxed and centred, she is a mum with a love of keeping fit and active, long walks on the beach or in nature, yoga and meditation.
