Julie is a Counsellor and Personal Trainer having gained her qualifications at the Australian Institute of Fitness and the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
Julie’s passion is working with the people, regardless of their age, stage or level of fitness, to assist them in reaching their healthy potential. Her work is dedicated to delivering highly individualised programs that target the individual’s personal life and wellness goals.
She has worked extensively in Strength and Conditioning within the sports community, providing Clubs and Schools with Strength and Conditioning programs. She is currently Fitness Trainer to the Matrics Netball Club and Pulteney Grammar School Senior Netball Program.
Julie is a member of the following professional organisations:

- Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
Julie is a vibrant and active individual and has been involved in sport and fitness from a young age. She enjoys a variety of training styles including functional strength training and long distance running. She is a member of the South Australian Road Runners Club.
Julie offers Personal Training sessions for one to one, two to one and private groups.
Counselling sessions are single, couple or family, Julie has a special interest in individuals facing barriers in seeking a healthier lifestyle and families with the challenge of raising children with special needs.
